As of October 29th at 8 PM service has been restored. Resolution of the Azure outage brought services back online.

We are experiencing a provider outage with Microsoft Azure that is impacting our infrastructure. As a result, Engagement Builder and ar.accessgov.com are currently unavailable.

Current Status

The issue has been identified as an upstream Azure service disruption. Our team is monitoring Azure’s recovery and preparing to restore full service as soon as the provider stabilizes.

Customer Impact

Admins cannot access Engagement Builder.
Public access to ar.accessgov.com is unavailable.
No data loss is expected at this time.
